50 HAPPY THINGS: BLOGGERS FLOOD THE INTERNET WITH GRATITUDE
“Instigated by Dawn Landau” at Tales from the Motherland
To join us for this project: 1) Write your post and publish it (please copy and paste the instructions from this post, into yours) 2) Click on the blue frog. 3) That will take you to another window, where you can past the URL to your post. (folks have trouble with this, but it’s not that hard. 4)Follow the prompts, and your post will be added to the Blog Party List. The inLinkz will be open until January 3, 2017
Please note that only blog posts that include a list of 50 (or an attempt to write 50) things that made you feel Happy or 50 things that you are Grateful for, will be included. Please don’t add a link to a post that isn’t part of this exercise; I will remove it. Aside from that one caveat, there is no such thing as too much positivity. Share your happy thoughts, your gratitude; be creative; be happy and grateful, and help us flood the blogosphere with both!

OK the picture with the white shirt has to go. I will not accept you in anything else but purple. 🙂 What a lovely idea. I am swamped in my workshop this week. Everybody wants everything ready for the Holidays. But I will try to join -if I may.

Dear Bridget,
Sorry about that white shirt. 😉 I know about busy-ness. ‘Tis the season. Oh, I hope you can join. The more the merrier.

I’m here every week! And then sometimes in between. 😉 Last year it was SO much bigger than I anticipated; hoping this year takes off too. It’s such a positive way for bloggers to share!

What a perfectly wonderful thing to say, Ted. Who knew that a simple one hundred word exercise in storytelling would broaden my horizons to global proportions. Thank you, my friend.

Merry Christmas to both of you as well, Rochelle. One daughter gets home tomorrow, the other Wednesday, my s-i-l Thursday. I think I’m pretty much ready, although I have one bed yet to make. 🙂

Just the two of us this year, but I’m kind of looking forward to it. 😉 At least we got to see our kids this year. It’s been a good one. We watched Red the other night and I thought of you.

I do love that movie. We’ve been watching some Die Hard movies which, other than the language, I love!

Fabulous list and I love the idea of adding photos. Next year I’ll do that too.

Dear Louise,
I don’t think I added photos last year. I wanted to do a slide show but couldn’t figure out how to do it. It’s a great way to look back on the year and realize how many blessings there have been and are. Thank you.

Rochelle

You were right, many of the things we listed were identical, and I wish I’d thought of some of the things you posted. We have good lives, don’t we, my friend?

I love your list Rochelle. Your #50 made me realise that I had forgotten to put coffee on mine, yet without that strong black coffee in the morning, little else would follow! I suspect if I had made my list earlier in the day instead of last thing at night, then coffee would have been up there! It sounds like you had a productive and fulfilling year, here’s to 2017 🙂
