Weekend Writing Prompt – Marginal

Published January 2, 2021 by rochellewisoff

A word prompt to get your creativity flowing this weekend.  How you use the prompt is up to you.  Write a piece of flash fiction, a poem, a chapter for your novel…anything you like.  Or take the challenge below – there are no prizes – it’s not a competition but rather a fun writing exercise.  If you want to share what you come up with, please leave a link to it in Sammi’s Comment Section.

  • I know you are nervous about this one, it’s a beautiful picture but very detailed. I have faith in you and believe you will pull it off, even though it’s out of your comfort zone. Good job working it in with the word prompt.

  • Love it! I was just looking over my WP page, and thinking of doing a new sketch for my profile… but then, I really like the one that’s there. Maybe I’ll sketch something else… I have a new pad of paper just waiting to be broken into. LOL!

  • Intriguing piece of art inspiring you to voice the concerns we all feel sometimes.
I recently wrote a 10,000 word tale of historical fiction based on some amazing artwork shared by a friend, and my uncertainty triggered a lengthy block, something which I rarely suffer.
Bon courage, m’lady, you have the confidence and support of many.
